the basketball team has outperformed the football team.

Football in '05...lol. Basketball in '05-'06...22-8.

Football in '06...9-4. Basketball in '06-'07...one point away from elite 8.

Football in '07...10-4 with SEC East championship. Basketball in '07-'08...best record ever, outright SEC championship, sweet 16 appearance.

Football in '08...please don't make me say. Basketball in '08-'09. SEC East champs, tournament appearance.

Football in '09...8-5 at best. Basketball in '09-'10...??? Look great so far though.
