The only thing I am not confident in is Berry's ability to stay healthy.... I also wonder if they will utilize him as an offensive threat in the slot.... Time with tell I suppose the kid is amazing in open space.

I know he will most likely be a primary returner, but is he a safety or receiver?

That’s not good.. Patterson has been considered a huge bust .

The Patriots head coach told Patterson specifically that he would utilize him the way he is supposed to be. So I guess we will wait and see how a Championship team utilizes him before considering him a bust.

3 teams in 5years has been relegated to a returner only

Depends on what your expectations of him were. He's about what I had him pegged leaving UT. He's a solid role player and should hit 7,000 combined yards for his career this season.

He wasn't good enough to play offense in college so he's going to do it in the NFL?

At the time he was there, Minnesota's offense was about as bland as an NFL offense could be. I know his route running has been criticized, but his break away speed and big play ability is top notch

Well in justification he worked out in the combines as a SLOT receiver. Also, he had a coach known as Butch Jones who never knew how to utilize his playmakers. So, in short I think he has a chance, he has the hands and speed. Guess we will just have to wait and see.

Pretty sure Patterson was one and done under Dooley.

Edit: My bad. You were talking about Berry I believe. Didn't go back far enough
