7 spots would be criminal IMO after the guts the team left on the field against A&M, but hey, we dropped 8 spots after a win in week one, so who the heck knows? Very different scenario though.

You guys saw that Miami (10) and Stanford (15) lost to worse teams than A&M, right? The other teams 11-14 all had byes this week and Houston (6) lost to Navy. I'm not seeing how we possibly drop much if any. VT and UGA both winning doesn't hurt either.

Quitlessness? Is that anything like resiliency?

"Quitlessness" is not a word but, you can bet one of the ESPN talking heads will pick up on it so that they sound intensely perceptive, wisely creative and more like an adult at least in their own minds.
