She is just doing her job. But I did take satisfaction in Fulmer not answering them. "Wait, while we pray." LOL

It was like saying, "Get lost gator!!" Loved it.

I think they were good-- The fact that they were willing to pick up the game which had zero national significance and put it on ESPN 2 was good enough on my book.

Exactly. The theories and explanations for the whole ESPN hates us/ESPN has no class is ridiculous. They picked up a game that no one outside the state of TN and KY had any interest in, but they knew those two states had enough interest to bring a good enough rating to ESPN2. I laugh at the fact the original poster lost respect for Erin Andrews because she was simply doing her job. Unbelievable how much of our fan base just doesn't get it.

Yes on all the video coverage and the candid interview was good, but the badgering questions on the field and the informal inteview with his wife, was just classless and truly ESPN STYLE.

I haven't seen many coaches get forced out of their job and have a night like Coach Fulmer had last night. From the players, to the university, to the fans, to ESPN. They didn't have to be in Knoxville, or showed his past accomplishments, but they did. I had no problem with the questions, just as I had no problem with him telling them to hold on until after the prayer. Just my personal opinion, but I enjoyed the entire broadcast.

Ditto!

I really liked that Fulmer made Erin wait until after the prayer, but I think his actions were out of respect for the Almighty rather than out of any disdain for Esspen.

It was Fulmer being Fulmer indeed; God Bless him and bring on the Kiffins!

Just wondering if any of you saw the massive wedgie that Coach Fulmer got as the players hoisted him up on their shoulders. It was clear that it was accidental, but I couldn't help but chuckle. Go back and watch it... it's an instant classic.

That would be "Kiffin" and not "Kiffen." Sorry, but this guy is going to be our next coach. We all need to learn how to spell his name. Not to mention that he may bring "The Ragin' Cajun" Ed Orgeron with him. Gotta give the man respect.

I am glad to see that only a small portion of people think ESPN was anything less than good with the way they sent CPF out

WHOA Dude, Next to RUTGERS,PENN,YALE,HARVARD,NOTRE DAME and a few other select schools we have one of the most respectful and Historical FOOTBALL PROGRAMS IN THE NATION and was long before ESPN came along and will be when there are a thousand more stupid ESPNER's hence DAN PATRICKS life on the outside, only what we think and buy as VOL fans keep our program @ the top, so we had a bad season, and I am Sorry that CPF lost is job but , Hammy's already cut the grass so WE can only hope that its a quick fix and we get back in the top 25!!
But I was only stating that ESPN had Erin Andrews acting very classless at half time and at the end of the game with the badgering questions, about the emotion, they just cant let a man ride off on the shoulders of his players and enjoy his time, but it was a nice gesture for them to pick up the game an show all the highlights of his tenure, But still her being pressured to keep asking those questions was quite classless.
