All day now, ESPN's different shows and announcers have been talking about "Clausen's 1st start" in the nailbiter v. Kentucky...

While I've got no problem with the idea that ESPN is just so big and bureacratized that they just can't help not noticing a screwup once it's on the air, I can't help this sneaking suspicion that somewhere out there Herbstreit is laughing up his sleeve and betting Corso that us trailer trash are so dumb that most of the Vols who actually hear the mistake won't even realize it's wrong....

Herbstreit has been in our corner in the past - he's one of the guys that picked us as the best game setting and has picked us to win many of the big games.

Hey, the Gerald Riggs TD won the Pontiac game changing performance award. :D

Yeah. I seen that too. On ABC even.

Did you hear what Rocket Ishmail said. he said he was proud of ND for playing so well on NATIONAL TV.

Damn, NATIONAL TV is the last thing ND needs to worry about. they have their own network broadcasting their games.

Say what you want about ESPN, but when Reese, Trev and Marc are talking in the studios there are those screens in the background and I always see a Tennessee player running the ball. It is a little blurry, but look closely.....you will see the T on the helmet! That is something isn't it?

The Riggs run is a "nominee". The fan vote isn't over - all the nominees aren't even in.

Mark May just said Aub will run it up on the Vols next week. I'd be madder if I didn't think he's probably right ;)

We just have to hope UT is on and Aub is off.

Yes i have noticed that for the past couple of years, in fact I was wondering thatabout 30 minutes ago....

the numbers appear to be #15 and the opponent looks like Arkansas

Yep, number 15. Kelly Washington maybe? I haven't been able to figure out who it against. It took me about a year to even make sure that it was a Tennessee player. :welcome:

To be honest with you, I can't remember when Washington was injured. I can't keep up with all of the UT injuries. There are always so many!
