Well, now that everyone in the SEC can pay good money, like Bama always did and got away with, there’s a significant amount of parity! In fact, I don’t think you fix the Bama problem…even with the second coming of Bear Bryant, because now everyone in CFB and especially the SEC has a descent shot at recruiting (thanks to NIL and the portal). GBO!

Why do you think Saban walked away? He saw that with open NIL that Alabama would be just another SEC team and threaten his legacy.

Good guys likely move to around 18 or 20 in the AP poll...can't see more than 4-6 spots.

Should be, but don't think we will. People say early rankings doesn't matter but imo they do. You have farther to climb. Example, if we had been number 12 before Sat. we would probably be in the top ten now. I think we will probably move up to 20

We fell in the FPI after beating a pretty decent Syracuse.....USCw moved up like 8 spots for beating Missouri State. What the crap!
