Anybody know why this guy from Chatt didn't go to UT?
He went to UNC for one year and then was kicked out for drugs. When he transfered I asked his coach why OSU? He said it was really the only school he looked at. I asked about UT and he said he didn't really like the program. But this is coming from his coaches mouth and not his.
EDIT: ESPN Hates Us!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wonder if scholarship athletes at UNC only have to qualify based on the in-state student standards. Close to 20 years ago a HS friend of mine, who was sweet as anything but dumb as a bucket of rocks, used her parents' vacation home address in order to apply to UNC as a state resident and she got in no problem. Several people I knew who applied as non-residents and who had near 4.0 GPAs, very high SATs and lot's of extra curriculars were denied admission.
