ESPN is reporting that Kendrall Thomkins is waiting on release from UT

I thought we do not grant releases and I also heard people say that the LOI was not binding because he did not qualify so why would he have to wait for UT to release it?

Bryce isn't going anywhere...His brother may indeed end up at K-State...Bryce would be foolish to lose a year just to play at a big 12 doormat.
