All the more reason to stay with cable. Full pro-rated refund on NCAA Gameplan and......you can buy it week to week for $21 which is the best way to go since you really don't need it for the full year in most cases.

You can do that with DirecTV as well.

I also doubt this because you could essentially order it for week one and then cancel it and pay less that $21.

It's a fact. The prorated refund is for purchasing the full season. No refunds for week to week unless you cancel it during the day on Saturday. If you're creative, you can usually get the cable company to give a full credit. Especially if you complain about not being advised of the black outs.
