She could transfer portal to another university but it was to late for her to start at different university and enrollment physical therapy even if Cassidy Rowe pay for it herself.
She could play basketball under scholarship somewhere else but Cassidy Rowe would have to wait a year to enrollment in a different school or finished her physical education courses at Kentucky.
That came from Lonnie Rowe Cassidy Rowe father about Cassidy Rowe if she enter transfer portal she could not start physical therapy class at her new school.
She can still play just her knee injury's have hurt her production.

Short answer I think she currently taking physical therapy courses now at Kentucky just when senior year starts in Cassidy Rowe will have to pay for it.
Cassidy Rowe is a Kentucky girl she doesn't want to transfer.
Kenny Brooks and Kentucky should get her on medical scholarship or give her one non players .
It would have there imagine in Kentucky fans especially Kentuckians
