As much as Comcast charges, they should have ESPN87.

I'm in the Chattanooga market, and don't get ESPNU or Classic.

They need to do something quick, or I'll have to get Direct.

I'm sure it will be offered in another "sports tier package" for an additional $14.95 a month.

Go ahead and get Direct they have Classic...but to get ESPNU you do have to purchase their sports package...but it's still cheaper than Comcast.

I wish they never messed with Ron Franklin.

I do like Mike Patrick and Todd Blackledge,Rece Davis, Sean McDonough and Brad Nessler

I dont like Bob Davie, Pam Ward, Holly rowe,

what the hel is mat millen going to inform us on? i didnt like him when he did pro games.
for his sake i hope he doesnt do any play evals while in the booth, in particular WR's.

on the same not i wish cbs would pull that yankee big ten homer off there saturday primetime games.

Ron Franklin is the best. Bar none. Heis fair and highly professional. Patrick, Blackledge, Nessler all do good jobs. I've always liked Sean McDonough.

Nothing against Pam Ward, but I just cannot stand to hear her call a game. She does a decent job, but that butchy voice just runs all over me.

For those bashing Dave Neal; I've always found him to be fair. Now his side-kick (Archer I think) got on my nerves because he always rooted blatenly for the underdogs; particularly Kentucky. Dave couldn't help it that he was working with the 1975 technology that JP provided.

Nobody set the tone for opening kickoff better than Ron Franklin. He should have been the heir apparent to Keith Jackson as "The Voice of College Football."

I've got Comacst with the sports package so I get NFL, NBA, MLB, and FCS channels. All that stuff. The only problem is, I don't get ESPNU, which is kind of a bummer. And what channel is ESPN Reg. going to be? Comcast doesn't do a very good job of keeping us updated. Come to think of it, Comcast doesn't really do a good job period.

ESPNU is on channel 614 and it was added to Directv Choice package subscribers on July 1st.

Alright I called Comcast.

Apparently they're in conversations with ESPN to get ESPNU so...

I guess we're waiting on that. I'll be really upset if ESPN signed this deal and I can't see the extra games on ESPNU and Regional. Anyway, that's what's going on these days at the Comcast and ESPN offices.

Where is Mike Goffried(sp?)? I thought he and Franklin were the best. My favorite pair were Mike Golic and Bill Curry. They would argue on air, it was hilarious.
