From ESPN:
For those worried that new coach Derek Dooley might not have the recruiting ruthlessness that former coach Lane Kiffin had, never fear. On Thursday the Vols took commitments from two fellow SEC schools, two-star QB Nash Nance (from Vandebilt) and four-star RB Rajion Neal (from Mississippi State). And Nance could still bring the added bounty of four-star WR Da'Rick Rogers, a Georgia commit.
Neal becomes the only RB in Tennessee's current class, an oversight by the outgoing staff that was understandable (the Vols return four scholarship RBs, including heralded sophomores Bryce Brown and David Oku) if short-sighted (RB is not a position where you want to have class separation).
After dropping down to 17 commits following Kiffin & Co.'s departure, the Vols are back up to 22 and, according to Josh Ward of the Knoxville News-Sentinel, are expected to sign 27. We still expect Rogers to be among them.
