ESPN announcer calls CPF "Phillip Footman"

I have it on tape and rewound it to be sure. Aren't these guys supposed to KNOW college football coaches' names??

Mark Jones is an absolute moron whose simply there to provide some "flavor." I'm pretty sure he pronounced Neyland wrong each time also.

Yeah. Anthony Munoz is a Hall-of-Fame football player and neither Jones nor the girl could pronounce it right they kept saying Munez. Your supposed to be a sports station and can't get the best lineman of all times last name right. Give me a break. :bash: :banghead:

ESPN are just a bunch of morons!!!!! I watched about a week ago and they had a guy on from Rivals.com. They said that it was gonna be hard for us to go to Gainesville and expect to win playing a freshman!!! They also said that we had Caseys littl brother, Chris Clausen!!!!!

Dummies!!!!!!!! :bad:

Maybe that's what it was. I thought it was Footman. It was Foot something.

I didn't hear the "Footman" mistake. I think I had my hands over my ears after the 800th reference to Eric Ainge being Danny Ainge's nephew.

Just saw the highlights from Sportscenter last night after the game and the guy referred to the "checkered endzones in Nashville"

ESPN sucks a big one but at least its another channel to see the Big Orange on....by the way I did'nt have to steal a dish both ESPN's where back on line before game time :)
