It’s ESPN- so whatever.. but thought a lot of these were wild to be listed above a few of ours (Hood, Aguilar, Star).

Just something to discuss good or bad during the off season.

Mateer was a shoe in at Oklahoma because of the offensive coordinating moving over… a lot of these others im in the same boat though .. either never heard of them or didn’t think much of them.

I knew who Aguilar was though,

Most of them were in the winter portal. During that time, Heupel and Spyre were doing everything in the world to make sure the Polynesian Prince got everything he and his obese father wanted. They got it all and then took us through spring practice so our only other options in the spring portal window would be backups and other teams leftovers.

It’s ESPN what do we care. They disrespect the Vols every chance they get. I quit reading and watching most everything related to ESPN when we ( the Vol Nation) got disrespected for running off Schiano (sp).

Kind of a no brainer to list Nico - he was the starting QB for a team that made the playoffs. And for the people writing these type articles, that’s all the detail they need.

I think it’s a little wild that you think our 3rd string running back should be listed as one of the 100 most impactful guys in the portal.

Moe should be on here, and he is our only one. He and Pendleton are the only two transfers who we even know will start here. Pendleton couldn’t really get on the field at ND if not for injury and was taken off the field when they got healthy. We should have one guy on here, and you didn’t even list him.

I think it’s wild that you want to whine about a post I put for conversation and was obviously not an exhaustive list I put on there for all our transfers.. I agree Pendleton and Moe should be on there- my bad for only using 3 examples lol.

But if you want to whine- then let’s use your example .. Star Thomas 871 yards rushing, 130 receiving , 7 tds, last year at Duke.

On this list they have CJ Donaldson, Fluff Bothwell, Wayshawn Parker .. all 3 with less yards and impact at smaller schools- they made the list.. I was just thinking it’s crazy none of our guys were on there- a lot of these listed were backups at their previous school- wasn’t trying to exclude Moe and Pendleton,
