Erin Andrews sues Ohio State

CHICAGO (AP) - Erin Andrews is suing Ohio State University and The Blackwell Inn on campus for negligence and invasion of privacy in connection with the secret videotaping of her by an Illinois man.

The EPSN reporter's lawsuit was filed yesterday in Chicago. It also names several hotel chains as well as Michael Barrett, who pleaded guilty to renting hotel rooms next to Andrews in Columbus and two other cities, altering the peepholes and shooting videos.

Andrews claims Barrett called the hotels and they confirmed to him that she intended to register and revealed her room number.

If that turns out to be true, I hope she ends up owning the hotels. That's just inexcusable.

ok so she's sued the nashville hotel, already jailed the guy who did it (and sued him again I believe), i believe she either then sued the whole Raddison and Marriott hotel chains or several of the other hotels she was at (or both), and now she's suing ohio state

The hotel is apparently on campus and owned by the university. It would definitely fall under their control especially if employees didn't follow verification and confidentiality measures.

I beleive it was after the last UT/Auburn SECCG, come to think of it.
