I'd just like to say that I think it would be impossible to call that helmet to helmet simply because it was Knowshon's fault. He lowered his upper body to absorb the hit. If they would call anything, it'd be more like leading with the helmet, but I don't know if that part of the rule exists in the NCAA. I know it's a valid penalty in the NFL, but I'm unsure about the rule in college.

yes he did, usually he runs back to the huddle...he got up and stumbled to the sidelines....

What game was this hit from?

2006 1st Half @ Athens. Morley with another "helmet to helmet" (Pleeeease!) on Massouquio (SP?). Amazingly he held on tho.

Indeed it was, the UGA guys I work with spent about 3 hours Monday morning trying to tell me it was a Helmet to Helmet Hit and Berry should have been flagged. I then pulled out the Youtube Video and had them watch it and told them to STFU!

Ironic, since now they are pushing the penalty hit vid on youtube to legendary heights for the opposite reason
