thats the list for the best player to come out of high school rank at that #, tebow willl be before berry on the top 100 players list that rivals is doing

That just means he's the best player who was ranked #3 in his class. It doesn't mean they consider him #3 overall.

Yeah. I thought it was actually a fairly odd listing... but I just liked the idea of seeing Berry ahead of Tebow in any list!

This is the Overall rankings all time. So it's between the 7 players in their respective ranking vs how they turned out. So berry was only competing against other players that werer ranked #3 overall out of HS.

I knew Michael (recently released from prison)was probably getting ready to go again, but I didn't think Marcus was even around the game anymore.
