Eric Berry 14 yards shy of NCAA record?

I was watching Gameday Scoreboard, and if I recall correctly, Rece Davis said Eric Berry is only 14 yards shy of breaking the NCAA Record for the most interception return yards.

Is this true? Amazing if so.

yes that's true. He has 487 and the record is 501. I hope he can get that against Ky. It would be spectacular - 500 INT return yards in 26 games...

IDK if he'll break the return yards for a game thats a pretty amazing number. He has a good chance to break the season one this weekend and if he stays all 4 yrs he will shatter the career yardage :rock:
