Butch did a solid job of landing in state talent this year. In 2015 Butch could have 2 4star corner recruits in #10 ranked McGraw and #28 Shefield. Memphis has a monster offensive tackle that reminds me of a Jawuan James type athlete.

3 very key positions for 2015 class. Picking up key players in other states while locking down middle and west tn can be huge. We haven't been able to recruit memphis since DAN Brooks was DL coach with Chavis.
Pay our coaches well and keep consistency.

Sheffield is Vanderbilt bound, but I agree, well hell, why not just control the Big 3? (MBA, BA, and Ensworth)

There is D1 talent every year in those schools.

Looking at the kids that are coming out of that school year in and out is impressive. Your right, all the big boys in Nashville have SEC caliber talent. The picking is ripe!

I understand that Sheffield is a legacy and all but honestly if you can get into UT, or moreover Stanford or somewhere absolutely elite, why would you say well I want to play for Vandy to appease my parents.

I think Legacy is different if you are going to an average school, if I was a legacy for sat Georgia Tech in basketball but Duke and Syracuse were offering a starting gig, why would I say ok well I will go play for tech and hope to make tourney. No I want to play for all the marbles...where my dad or mom went shouldn't have too much influence on my decision.

My friend who played against Ensworth says that Scheffield is much better than Rico. Also, the OT from MUS is Drew Richmond

Definately! They all recruit and are goind to give scholarships to the best players in the area anyways, the Vols must own the football academies if we want to control Middle TN.

So you are comparing recent UT football with Duke and Syracuse basketball??? :eek:lol: Have you been in a coma since 1998?

The problem with recruiting Ensworth players is that since UT can't pay players, they have to take a significant pay cut. :)
