When I heard about all of the RROD, I went on the cheap and got one of the fans and haven't had any problems for about 8 months now. (Knock on wood) I figure spend $25 to save on $400. Good investment.

There were some interesting accusations MS made about the Nyko fan. Glad yours is working well.

I did it 2 times. Just say you gave it to a nephew or something when you bring it back, and say his mother didn't want him to have it. Just make sure everything is in the box, and save the plastic bags everything comes in to make it look good. Full refund, no questions asked.

It's rough, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I've pretty much had a gaming console or PC to play games on since the NES. I miss hanging out with everyone more than just playing the games.
