When I heard about all of the RROD, I went on the cheap and got one of the fans and haven't had any problems for about 8 months now. (Knock on wood) I figure spend $25 to save on $400. Good investment.

There were some interesting accusations MS made about the Nyko fan. Glad yours is working well.

Mine has been fine for 7 months now... I have it in a fairly open spot for good airflow. :crossfingers:

Rent one from RAC then send Microsoft the bill. :)

I pulled the old switch-a-roo years ago with a PS2. Wouldn't recommend it nowdays, though. They check serial numbers now.

Gotta love Wally World! They'll take back a used box of Depends!

I'm selling my 360. And buying a PS3, I'm just tired of asking everyone "which one is better?" It's pretty obvious, the one that doesn't crash everytime you think about how much you spent on it

Sweet, I guess that means my 360 is better, because it hasn't crashed. :dance2:

Sending mine today, this is pathetic. Will the Wal-Mart trick really work? Cuz I'm really tight on money

I did it 2 times. Just say you gave it to a nephew or something when you bring it back, and say his mother didn't want him to have it. Just make sure everything is in the box, and save the plastic bags everything comes in to make it look good. Full refund, no questions asked.
