I don’t think it will work out because he has no previous coaching experience but I will be rooting for him. He shouldn’t have any issues recruiting but sometimes it is difficult for great players to relay information to other players. They see things that most cannot see but have a hard time explaining how they saw it. They just have this natural instinct to make great plays. He and McNair were my favorite Titans growing up and honestly got me into watching the NFL. I hope he is successful but I just don’t see it happening.
