Kiper has EB at # 2 and says if he comes out he will the be the one player in next years draft that can make an immediate impact! Would love to have him back in '10 but tear it up EB!:worship:

Depending on the team's needs that are drafting I can see EB going at 1-4.

Would be great to see him go No. 1.

I like to see EB do great in NFL, but I hope he decide to come back for one more year. GO VOLS.

I know it's way too soon to project EB in the NFL but I could see him in Tampa.

They will probably pick high, Monte probably talks to his former assistant and new head coach Raheem Morris and he was a defensive backs coach.

It just seems like a good match for Berry based on all that but I'm sure he'll go somewhere else by the time the draft rolls around.

I'm a fan of Philadelphia, but I would seriously consider buying an Eric Berry jersey when he goes pro. Unless, of course it were a Cowgirls, Gunts, or Foreskins jersey.

Could you imagine Laron Landry and Eric Berry on the same team?
I'd sure love to have him in a Carolina uniform next year. The Panthers don't have a first rounder, though.

Just hope he doesn't go to the Raiders and have to deal with Al Davis and the dysfunctional coaching staff.

I got the Deadskins going 8-8 this season, so i doubt they get Berry. I think he goes either to Seattle or maybe Tampa.

Weird Al said he wouldnt draft our players now that we have Kiffin. They should use that as a recruiting tool.

very nice! :good!: "We'll get you into the league and promise you won't have to play for the Raiders." What other school has that much control?

I'm still waiting for the Packers to finally trade to the top of the board and get him....
Think I'll have to keep my fingers crossed

Kiper talking about Mays. "he's not as consistant as I think Eric Berry is"

it's too bad the titans will be picking at 32 next year...it would be a dream come true if EB came to Nashville.

Me too...but I'm not sure about a safety as a top 5 pick...no matter how good he is.

Top 15 no question! A yearly Pro-Bowler...yea. Not a top 5 because of his position. I would LOVE a team full of guys with his attitude............ You can win with that kind of work ethic!!!!

Maybe the most popular player in UT history ( w/ Peyton, Al Wilson, and Doug Adkins)

I dunno. If a LB, DE or OL can go in the first 5, I certainly think that a safety could.

I'd have to say that the 2 most popular right now would be Peyton and Reggie, with Al and Doug close behind

Ok...but Reggie was only great at UT for 1 year. He is popular for his NFL days.

The other 3 are for what they did at UT! Eric will be remembered for UT...no matter what happens at the next level. He is a class kid!!!!!!

We should ALL be very proud to have him..........I know all UT fans are...but this kind of talent and class does not come around very often. Think Myron Rolle @ FSU! Not a Rhodes scholar...but a quality kid that makes the program better athleticly and in public opinion!!

The only way Mays goes before EB is if Oakland has 1st pick. The worst teams in the league already have their QB's of the future. So Mays and EB are deffinate top 5 picks.

Depending on how the draft shakes out this year Berry could go top 5, but more reasonable would be 6-10 just because you dont see many Safteys going in the top 5. I would love to see the Patriots trade up & grab him cause we could use another saftey with Harrison retiring but Belichick doesnt like trading up to much ( exception Jerod Mayo ). I see Berry more in a mold of Sean Taylor (RIP) than an Ed Reed though.

Eric's on his way to Rolle...He is gonna be a dentist.
With that aspiration of being a doctor, he may wanna get that degree before leaving for the NFL...

Here's hoping his parents get jobs before he finishes this season.
