Eat right, Run..bike..work out..swim..yoga..and die anyway. What’s your health and workout plan

Saturday

10 miles in 1:17.02 felt good through the middle of the run which has been my problem on these longer distances lately

Chest lift after the run

Sunday

60 min Orange Theory class (probably the hardest one I have been to yet)

Hike with my boys at Stinger Falls short but intense hike to a pretty awesome water fall and swimming hole.

Today

3 mile run on the treadmill starting at 8 mph and increasing speed every half mile.

Arm workout this morning.

Anyone taking creatine? If you are what brand are you taking and how much are taking?

I am. 5g/day. I've used ON brand and RAW brand but it doesn't really matter what brand as long as its creatine monohydrate. Just buy the cheapest you can get from a source with a good reputation.

I have been taking Create creatine gummies and I just upped it to 6g a day about two months ago. I am really impressed with my recovery with it.

Did 6 sets of:
- 135lb back squat x10
- 8 hanging wide grip pull-ups
- 10 pushups
- 50ft farmer carry with 50lb dumbells

Then 30 mins on treadmill at 2.5mph and 15% incline to finish it off.

4 miles on the treadmill this morning. Increasing speed each mile.

Anyone that is running on a regular basis and feels like they struggle at times I would highly suggest G1M Sport. I have been using it for over a year now on any distance over 3 miles. I like the lemon lime flavor and the orange.

My legs and especially quads are still toasted from my Monday workout. I'm not sure if the 1.5 miles of weighted walking that night made the soreness worse but I haven't been this sore in a while. I only do 3 working sets of squats on Mondays but this time it hit me hard.

I’ve found I can do a lot of work with a bungee wrapped around my treadmill post. Shoulders can’t take free weights any longer.
I’ve been seeing this new chest exerciser on social media and just use the bungee for resistance doing the same workout and save $39.99. For legs I stand on it for tension and do suitcase squats or hands up to shoulders.

Friday

9 mile run - got started later than I wanted and paid for it. Too humid
