With it raining every day with no let up in the forecast, I’ve been resigned to doing squats and lunges in the mornings. This morning, I lost count while watching the news. Continued through the first ad series and the following news segment. Boring. I need to pedal…

Tin.. have you ever used or looked into one of those indoor trainers? I know my GM has one and uses it when its like this. He hates having to use it but will use it we needed or required due to terrible weather.

Yeah, I’ve checked out a few indoor cycling trainers, both the ones where you have to disconnect the rear wheel and one where you don’t. Not convinced yet.

5 miles on the tread this morning. I am trying to train my body and my mind to hold those negative splits so I started out slower and increased every mile or so until the last mile. The last mile was increase by .2 miles an hour every quarter of a mile.

I was in Townsend this weekend for my sisters wedding. Saturday morning my watch would not connect to GPS so I ended up running for an 1:15 total. It was raining off and on and the route I took was by the creek for most of the way so I am not going to complain one bit. It was a peaceful and enjoyable run.

Sunday was 30 min run for distance ended up over 4 miles and then 30 mins AMRAP of barbell front squats, core, push ups, pull ups and DB low row.

5k on the tread this morning.
