Eat right, Run..bike..work out..swim..yoga..and die anyway. What’s your health and workout plan

Yesterday:
5x185 on squat (damn near lost my life cause the rest of my group was hitting 170, so when I wanted a 25 on instead of a ten, my friend left the ten on and I almost fell over sideways)
3x205
3x225
2x245
1x275 (PR max)
5x6 RDL
5x5 on each leg one leg box jumps
 
And I am scared for it to end. I still got 3 more years, hopefully more if the good Lord allows. This was the best day I’ve had in a long time. Don’t mean to rub it in, I just love it so much.
Not gonna lie.
I like to hit people and I miss it.

Later you get to coach and help with the QB club for your kids. That’s fun too.

Yadkin Valley Tour de Vino Swan Creek Route: 30.93 miles, 1935’ elevation gain, 2:38 riding time. An annual organized supported ride around Elkin, NC with 4 routes from 30 to 100 miles. Held in conjunction with the wine festival featuring local vineyards.

Slowed the pace down some to get that extra half mile. 12 miles today with average pace of 7:51

Chest and leg lift completed. Felt strong on flat bench today.
First set 185 of 7 reps
Then next three sets were at 195 and got 6, 6, and 5 reps.
