Easter Itch Hunt

With the emergence of this new guy "Butt hurt hobo" whom I believe to be Itch. And the taunting from Itch as to weather or not I've found him.(we both live in Chattanooga) I've decided to go on a hunt for Itch.
My plan is to locate and post a picture of myself with Itch by Easter but I need your help.

This is what I know....
He or she lives in Chattanooga.
Drives what can be misconstrued as a cop car.
Works in retail where He/She sells electronics.
has a friend who works at Sportsman's warehouse.
Claims to be Native American( Don't believe this part)
*29 inch strait leg vert leap.
*Has a pound dog named Molly. Possibly Golden
*23 years old
*has never voted
*attends UTC or Chatt State. Skips class
