For those more in the know, how quickly will we have to hire a coach to ensure we still have a chance of flipping some of these early enrollees?

Hopefully:
1) They are committed enough to playing football for the Vols that they do not care who the head coach is.
2) They are committed enough to getting a good education at UT and do not care who their head coach is.
3) They have type BO blood...

I believe he is talking about the quality EE's that have committed to other schools.
