It wasn't technacially a dunk, because he threw it into the basket.....also it was kind of weird to see Gerald Green do the same dunk 2 times in a row

Great dunk contest. I was actually out at an establishment tonight and it was the first time since the Melee in Detriot that I can remember all eyes in a bar being all drawn to any NBA event. Kinda surprising considering there was a PPV fight and a Kimbo fight on.

I was surprised to see Dwight Howard bust out his best dunk early on, the one where he bounced the ball off the backside of the backboard, caught it and managed to bring it under the backboard and slam it down. Now that was cool. His final attempt was fun too, and while it wasn't even really a dunk, the "shot dunk" went perfectly with his whole Superman getup.

It was an 8 footer and had the trajectory that Jordan Howell has been shooting with lately.
