Apparently it's his first interview since the accident. The programs starts at 7pm on ESPN, but I don't know when they'll show his segment.

it was sad but I don't see how I can feel sorry for him. Loved what he did at UT but after that...

Interesting story, I got to watch most of it. The whole situation was terrible, and I hate that he put himself in it. By the story, it seems that he feels the same way. He made bad decisions thru the whole process, and I hope he comes out the better for it.

I felt so bad for the victims and bad for Goodrich, especially in the courtroom when he broke down. However, he didn't seem to understand where the mothers of the victims could be coming from and that's quite a shame....

He definitely seems to be lying about how the accident went down and not knowing if it was debris or people. His BMW was completely trashed, how would it have just been debris with blood stains on his windshield? Although I suspect he has lied about many things, I think he is truly remorseful for his real actions (only he knows what they were). Perhaps he can gain forgiveness from the families when he is parolled. It will take a lot for that to happen though.

this might be a classless thing to say, but if he was indeed drunk (which was never proved) he did the smart thing by fleeing the scene. I'll take my chances with hitting somebody and fleeing rather than hitting them and failing a breathalyzer

I thought it was a wonderfully done story on Dwayne Goodrich last night on ESPN. I really teared up when that scene of Dwayne crying in that guys arms in the courtroom. The manifestation of grace and forgiveness was beautiful.

I missed it. Is there a link where I can watch?

it's obvious the remorse was real, but i just have a hard time believing he only had 4 drinks in a 7 hour time span while out at clubs and strip joints that evening.

and looking at his car, driving 10 miles and not knowing you hit more than some debris in the road way????

the first thing he does when he gets home after thinking he hit some debris is call his mother in tears?

i believe the greif and remorse. i believe he probably just did make a bad decision. but i also think he's in a little bit of denial as to the true extent of his responsibility as it pertains to his actions prior to and after the accident.

sad story all together, and i do wish him, and the vicitm's families the best with what has yet to come.

DG's sentence was too light. Double hit/run homicide? 20 year sentence, minimum. He's lucky he was in Texas and not Tennessee I guess.

So many ex Vols... so many dead in their wake.
