Is it just me or does this guy just have a hard time getting teams over the hump?

Grant it, the Colts are so injury riddled this year that it is even a surprise they still won the division championship. But you have to start to wonder if it is something that Dungy is doing or not doing right.

Thoughts?

That's all true, but Dungy supporters could argue his W-L record. I think the Colts have the best record in the NFL during the years since he became their head coach. This year, I think he can be cut a little slack. They've had quite a few injuries on defense. I think they are on their 4th and 5th string safeties. Losing Corey Simon didn't help the run defense, either.

that was the biggest loss imo.

but it is time for that d to get better, and be consistent. that was what Dungy was supposed to do to this team....and minus last season, the defense has been below average....
