my sophmore year or so - sometime in early 90s. some friends and i were really messed up and we went and stole several fire extinguishers from Hess hall early one morning. we then went around campus in a car and drove up on people and sprayed them. after doing this to 8-10 people we were pulled over by utpd. i spent 2 years of some sort of probation - having to report to an office every month for that crap.

around '88, I saw a girl in a VW bug get up on the sidewalk (I think it was where Hannah's is now), drive along and then get back on Cumberland.... no arrests, no fatalities..
