I am still trying to understand why the prosecutor got so carried away. I've read maybe he had political ambition, but I've got to think that at some point he realized how out of synch her stories were and that the prosecution would therefore be troubled, to say the least.

It's strange to me.It's 100% squeaky clean?Like I have always said, it pays to have a good attorney(s) on your side.He's (they) flipped this case completely around.Obviously smart people on both sides to seek out the truth.

Smart people on both sides? How do you get that? From what I have seen, every legal commentator has basically equated Nifong to a fool. How is he smart?
