I think they both get some playing time. And you can bet your sweet bippy Rick will come in when Eric's in a slump. I can live with either under center. Our coaches have much better options than in 2004. Lets just keep the OL healthy.

Hooray! Another QB thread

Ainge will be the starter, but Rick will have an easier shot to get in the game than the usual sub.

As in times past, with the QB threads, I am not going to post. It's all been said before, so I won't post on this one either.

I like Ainge as the starter, and think Rick will be ready at a moments notice, however i have heard rumors that Crompton will beat em both out(Shuler talk!) I watched Crompton in the All-American game and was not overly impressed. I expect him to see a redshirt.

He was playing with receivers he's never played with before in the AAA game. And I think it's more or less official that he will redshirt... And if not official, then highly probable.

I can't stand the 2 QB system.

Stick with one.

You have to admit our system last year threw a lot of teams off guard. Except Auburn.

It did work but overall I think we have a much better shot of winning the SEC/NC with one QB instead of rotating out.

That's what I think too. Hopefully Ainge will play well enough that we won't have to worry about it.

I agree, you need your offense to be in sync and clicking on all cylinders to be your best every week and that has got to be hard on your receivers and the rest of the offense when you rotate.

I've seen alot of the QB rotation during my yrs as a UF fan..but I have to agree..I'd rather have one QB running the show.
