Well, you don't drive them per se. It's side scrolling. You press the gas pedal to launch at a certain RPM and change the gears from there on out. There are different levels of racing (1-10). Each car (50+ IIRC) has upgrade options for Engine, Turbo, Intake/Exhaust, Nitrous, Weight reduction, and Tires/Wheels. Each of those have 5 levels of upgrades. The fun is trying to figure out the combinations of how to launch a certain car, how to set the gears and nitrous duration, and what upgrade path to put on a car for each level without pushing it up a higher level to get the fastest time possible. There is a World Record list for each car at each level(given it can be at that level). You wouldn't see an Integra at level 10 nor would you see a Ferrari at level 1. Multiplayer includes Head to Head vs random, Driver Battle(both have the same car), and Bet and Race, which you bet a certain amount of RP(respect points used in buying upgrades and cars). There is also Pro League for each level which is just a leader board ranking system where you race 10 ppl at a time trying to move up the ranks(once you're high enough you lose points for not winning). Of course there is Race a friend as well.can you actually drive the cars you setup or is it more of a simulation?
