Not a big deal. Was to be a behind the scenes guy for the most part. CDT will fill the spot with someone else quickly.

This was already covered in video interviews, no? He is returning to USM to an actual coaching position. Apparently CDT put in a good word...

Damn this is the guy with the JUCO connections though right? It'll hurt this year, but probably not matter much after

CDT said this guy has more JUCO connections than highschool connections and wanted to get a coach that has highschool connections instead.

Justin Phelps the director of basketball operations is the guy with the JUCO connections, he used to run a lot of JUCO camps a few years back.

He mentioned that he started a camp in Vegas that hosted the top 150 JUCO's I think. Said that he developed some connections with that. He's more on the marketing of the program is what he also said.

In 2010, Phelps served as the founder and director of the All-American Junior College Showcase in Las Vegas, Nev. The event was attended by more than 200 NCAA Division I coaching staffs.

I'm talking about Phelps that started the camp. But Dowling is the one that CDT talked about having more JUCO connections than highschool connections and CDT wanted a coach with more highschool connections.

I'll have to watch the interview, haven't done so yet, was he dogging Dowling in saying that? By saying he didn't want a guy like that, that's kinda how your post sounds?
