I just saw that quote, too. I think he's trying to push Bray to mentally be in the game. I don't think they play Worley unless its NECESSARY, as in, we're losing to Mizzou, UK, or Candy necessary. JMO.

Worley should start. It isn't Bray being loose with the ball that I am concerned about. It is his history of choking in big games when big plays were needed.

I do not know if Worley will do any better.... but if my job depended on my QB making a big play then I wouldn't want Bray in.

I agree. I didn't see how Worley did when he played against Bama. If he was lights out he'd probably be starting.

I think his job depends on the defense keeping the games close so his QB doesn't have to keep making big plays.

I'm close to saying just go ahead and start Worley. Why not? We're not gonna win any conference or national titles and the bowl game we can get in is gonna be crap, why not send a message AND see what the kid has to offer, maybe motivates some people and fires up the people that need to be fired up.

If Worley gave us the best chance to win he'd be starting. He obviously doesn't.

Agreed. Poor kid looked like a deer in headlights against Arkansas last year and hasn't had any meaningful playing time since.

I seriously doubt we do that to him against SCjr., and maybe we will if it's absolutely needed against the other 3.

Based on the fact that Bray skipped his post-game presser he should be at least suspended for 1 game.

I like Bray but he's turning out to be a kid with a very good arm and not much else between the shoulders. Give Worley a chance and see what he can do.

Suspended? Seriously?

And that's why you're not a coach.

You don't suspend your starting QB for not talking to the media and make your whole offense suffer. Make him understand that's not acceptable, but do it during practice and behind closed doors.

Worley was 3 for 4 against Alabama. Maybe he gets through his progressions faster and makes better decisions. Maybe he doesn't - at this point .....

One thing I can assure you --- he carries out his play fakes better. I haven't really watched - but by default he would have to.

I think he will be the guy later on but didn't be get hurt or something in the summer ?

He did, but he's all healed and fine now. Broke a thumb or a pinky finger, I think. Was held out of spring practices, but he's good to go now.
