Current second-team offensive tackles are Richmond and Hall. So what's the story with Blair? Seems like he has the physical tools but still can't piece it together. Bummer.

I wish he'd get it going, we could use the body!

He's not good. He's a senior and Hall, a true freshman who has only been playing offensive line for a couple of months, destroyed him.

I was in give him a chance mode until this. He obviously just doesn't have what it takes and needs to be gitshirted. At least he's had 4 years of school and should be able to graduate.

What is a "git"-shirt?

Is that awarded by Larry the Cable guy? :)

Bust! Coaches evaluations were wrong obviously.

They took a flier on a JUCO kid with size due to no depth provided by DD. JUCOs are the hardest to evaluate. Every coach missed an evaluation, but we've hit more than we missed. If you're gonna acknowledge the miss so Dramatically, acknowledge the ones they landed as well

A lot of coaches whiffed on the evaluation, because the kid was heavily recruited. And highly rated by all of the scouting services. It happens.

Not violent enough, Wont explode and attack the DLineman in a brutal, violent, and hateful way... He just doesn't seem to be mean.

If he were to get that taken care of, he would be an all-american. Until he does, he is just a good practice body for new guys.

It's pretty simple. Blair is soft and was overrated by multiple scouts. Hard to really gauge JUCO guys because often times their competition is a joke.

The JUCO ranks are risky business with lineman, plain and simple. Especially so with offense as our track record with defensive line has at least been marginal like McCullers.
