Does Volnation share our emails with any partnering websites ?

I use this name 'Volmandu' only on this website so when I got email today addressing me as 'Volmandu', it alerted me. Did anyone else get this ?
Not cool if Volnation gave out our emails. Potentially even worse if there was a data breach.
