Does this whole thing smell like the Dooley hire?

Yeah, whatever. Tell me how scared you are of Brohm. Shaking with fear, right? We’re gonna dominate the East for the next decade, right?

I'm an arrogant Gator fan.

I don't shake with fear about anything except what's going on in our own house.

If Florida's run properly, I'll take my chances against any competition.

If Florida's not run properly, I've learned that Florida can sink as low as anyone.

No where close to Dooley and feels even better than Butch. Dooley was a position coach who had losing record at La Tech (decent AD by most accounts). Brohm on the other hand was a prolific OC and has done well at 2 schools now — not a ton of experience but more than just hiring a coordinator (like Tee or Venebles)

I think he will work wonders with our mess of an offense right off the bat. That will translates to wins. The rest depends on who he adds to the staff and how much our defense improved

This is absolutely nothing like the Dooley hire. The records aren't even on the same plane of existence...

All in all I would rather have Kiffin, but I'm not upset if Brohm is the guy.

I will give him support just as I did to both Dooley and Jones until they both proved that the support was not deserved.

However, I'm also not running out to buy season tickets at this time. Maybe in the future, just not now.

It’s been pretty stinky thus far. There’s absolutely no doubt that Currie created this storm and I’m concerned that he is choosing people like Schiano and Gundy to go after. Gundy is a good coach but he is a OSU guy and most of us figured he’d use it as leverage. The more no’s we get the harder it gets. Very much reminds me of 2010 again.

The Schiano debacle, then the failed Gundy Hail Mary, now the severely premature Brohm announcement. Starting to smell a lot worse.
