In addition to the sage advice provided you, here is one more. While it isn't a 100% guarantee of private info safety, every little bit helps.
1. Bitdefender - Global Leader in Cybersecurity Software

2. The best online VPN service for speed and security | NordVPN

While these are both excellent apps to keep your devices and data safe, we should clarify that they do very little to protect you from online purchasing scams. The main protections from these scams are education, experience, & skepticism, and thus knowing the tells and signs of a scam.

True enough. And like I said in the post: While it isn't a 100% guarantee of private info safety, every little bit helps.

I'm confused. How did you get the email if you didn't purchase any tickets?

It's spearfishing. Scammer looks at your social media interests or purchases your browsing data on the darkweb, then creates a scam email specific to your interests. They probably scraped another ticketmaster email, made it generic and inserted their fishing information. I've received some that are almost perfect replicas of UPS tracking info. Click that link and game over.

Was this bought from some reseller that calls himself tickets master or was it supposed to have come from ticketmaster... also if doubtful get TM customer service on the phone and ask them about "ORDER #45IOHGUIYFJHJKH" Or whatever.. they should be able to verify it for you.

Good to know that the football team has become enough of a money draw that it's used in scam emails.. bet they never try with Vu's fans..
