Does signing 21 this year mean more next year?

I'm glad we actually have a full roster and have to worry about how many we can sign

Pay close attention because here is correct answer:
UT has two backcounts available from 2013 class of EE's ( 5 EE's came aboard );UT brought on a total of 21 bodies in 2013 so far with two back counts = total of 19 which will be counted in 2013 Class ( now if they bring anyone else aboard then that will decrease the numbers accordingly );ergo 25 schollies each year limit -19(signed /brought aboard in 2013)= 6 EE's that could be brought aboard in Jan 2014 and backcounted to 2013 Class and still sign 25 on FEb 5 ( signing day 2014 ) provided and listen carefully here....provided that 85 scholly limit is not exceeded when school starts in August 2014 ( some attrition would have to take place for that to happen ). In summary 31 can be brought on in 2014 but six would have to be EE's and backcounted to Class of 2013 so not to exceed the 25 limit imposed on everyone each year .Hope this clears this up for you guys.

25 plus back count as long as back counts are EEs.... and then limited by the 85 scholarships..... in total.

so depending on attrition with current roster, they in theory could sign 31 pushing them over 85 as long as there are only 85 when they open camp in the fall (August).

we didnt sign 25 this year, so if we dont win next year then what makes you think we sign any extra?
