Does Monte Kiffin give us a better shot at Jenkins and/or Teo?

Both are long shots. Jenkins maybe the only one we have a remote chance at. I mean both are very long shots though.

Monte gives us a better chance with every recruit.

I'd imagine once he's done with the Bucs, we'll see that a lot more.

Arthur Jeffery signed when he heard Monte was coming. He's a superhero in FL and that is where he will be recruiting. I don't know about Jenkins and Teo, but he WILL bring in a lot of great players IMO

If Heaps next year is a mormon, is Teo since he is strongly looking at BYU. Two year mission, you decide

The thing about the mission is that you have to recruit the kid twice. Alot, and I mean alot of kids transfer after their mission. Current BYU QB Max Hall was at Arizona State before his mission, BYU's center x-ferred from Vandy, Hatch from LSU was at Harvard.

If I sat down and thought about it, I could probably think of 30 kids who x-ferred after their mission.

And BYU will at least be on 90% of Mormons' short list because of pressure from family/church. Going to BYU for a Mormon is bigger than a Catholic going to Notre Dame.

Trust me when I say that going to Notre Dame is nowhere close to as important to Catholics as it is for Mormons to go to BYU. South Bend IS NOT the center of catholic religion, education, or anything else. There are catholic schools everywhere you go in the US. Especially the east and midwest.

going to Notre Dame for Catholics isn't that big on the list....

Bout time they made that episode.

Look no further than mapu to see how damaging a mormon mission CAN be to a player's career.

There are quite a few players in the pros who went on a mission and it didnt damage their career and NO Eric Ainge is not Mormon.Try talking about the topic of this thread instead of trying to bash someones faith. I don't think you want someone bashing yours. Go to another website if you want to bash mormons. There are plenty of those which is really sad cause there are a lot of people who aren't very educated on the subject or on religion for that matter.
