As would most. He is hired here to win. So yea if lives up to expectations err body would be happy. I have said before I want him to do good. I am having a hard time seeing him taking that next step. He has worked his tail off. Now he just needs to learn from his mistakes, loosen his grip and upgrade a few coaching positions. I'm just not sure he can do that.
