I didn’t place blame anywhere. I simply pointed at the SEC’s inconsistency with fine, etc.

We'll pay the fine and move on, but if I were Danny White, I'd respectfully ask for a review of similar incidents, say in the past ten years, and see how they were handled. If there are rules with similar penalties prescribed, then fine. I don't believe there are equitable and fair assessments across the board, though. That is what is so infuriating.
