Does anyone know why Paul Bain faked an injury?

A doctor once tried to say Paul Bain was injured. Just as he was trying to make the statement his lower jaw unhinged itself and fell to the floor in fear.

It's great to see you guys getting back to good ol' Vol Nation silliness. All those doom and gloom threads are finally so far down the page I'm no longer assaulted by them when opening the Football Forum. Apparently that 55-0 whuppin' sparked a mild attitudinal change. (In before it was only Tennessee Tech.)

OK, thanks for clarifying. I was born in 1981, so I've always just called him Bruce banner.

It was Bruce Banner long before the TV series. David Banner is unique to the show. Even then he was David "Bruce" Banner. They changed it to distance it from the comic. Bruce has been the Hulk since the 60s when he first appeared.
