I'm an over achiever.

These are as of 2002 and should be accurate within 1,000-2,500 seats since then....

This site has a great view from overhead of some nice stadiums. I would love to go watch a game at Michigan. Looks incredible. Check it out.

College Football Stadiums
not to sound overly homerish, but from accounts i've heard, it's not all that it's cracked up to be........it's nice, but not near as cools one would think.......

I've heard their stadium atmosphere is not that great.

The Michigan stadium is much "flatter" than Neyland, as you can see in those pictures. That and the slightly tamer crowd leads to less stadium intensity than at UT, IMO.

that stadium looks really odd to me. the endzone stands look like something you'd see at an SEC Stadium and the sideline stands look like something you'd see at a d-1aa school

Yeah, there are a whole bunch of 1-AA schools with 82,000+ seats.

That is the excuse, but they simply aren't as loud... Great student section, everyone else is just old and rich... They need way more drunk people in there.

We already lost them...we are down to 102,037

We are preparing to add a 10,000+ upper deck in the south endzone that should put us a little bit over Neyland for the 2010 season. Of course we will fill that up for a spring scrimmage.

great that's all we need, a capacity contest between TN and Bama.

that won't end well.
