I read the following players have:

1. Jalen Hurd
2. Dontavious Blair
3. Emanuel Moseley
4. Coleman Thomas

Also heard that, even though he is not commited, Josh Malone signed one. So, if he commits, he gets one. Sounds crazy to me, but when they wrote the rules, I was not consulted.
