Dobbs vs Hooker

The numbers are skewed a bit. Hooker has done what has been asked of him, but he is simply a cog to Huepel's well oiled offensive scheme. Additionally, Huepel's offense is high tempo and results in more offensive possessions.

Dobbs on the other hand had to overcome Butchs RPO scheme that was easily figured out. Dobbs would take a blown up play and turn it into a great play. With that said Dobbs was never a prolific passer and Butch didn't make it any easier on him. It was always a battle whether he should keep it or throw it, let alone make a good read. Huepel makes things much more simple.

Hooker to me seems like a slightly better passer and not as good runner. Dobbs would have a heyday in this offense.
