it should've been a top ten play, but espn never even mentioned josh dobbs in the highlights because they were too busy talking about how bammer "thrashed" us.

I was big boy football for sure. Excited to see if the hype is valid and if he can show out again when teams know he is coming.

Kudos to Coach Lawson and his strength and conditioning program. Dobbs definitely looked faster and stronger last night

I think the bama player was so use to a non athletic Tn qb that made it look even worse. The bama player just thought he was going to blow up Dobbs.

The TE may have been open but there was absolutely no Dobbs would have gotten the ball past the airborne Bama defender. Dobbs made the right decision, and got he first down and more.

The pump fake was impressive. You just can't coach that. Dobbs is definitely a gamer. I wish they would stop basing who starts on how they practice during the week. Not sure how Dobbs practices, but when the lights come on game day the kid makes things happen that the other two do not.

Watch it again and tell me the play would have been better throwing to the tight end. Even without dobbs throwing it to him, the tight end was so slow turning around. Dobbs blazes past the tight end before he can even turn around. It's the difference between a tackle at or short of the first down line and the easy first down dobbs got.... Other guy is right, it is amazing what the idiots of VN will complain about

Calm down dude. Good lord.You people are so sensitive. Im a Dobbs fan, but he needs to make open throws when they are available instead of running. Im sure Dobbs would even tell you that and I know Butch would. What happens if hes not near the sideline on that play? Another fumble? Injury?
