and a pick that was not his fault. Wrs have a few drops and Malone blew a td by not going full speed. Dobbs has thrown a couple of bad passes. Most have been on point. He can't do it all by himself though.

Yet we have people calling for a backup Dobbs has outperformed in camp and the spring. Ya'll are acting like he is 45% passing with 3 ints.

Dobbs accuracy is not good. Take off those orange glasses.

Oline, not necessarily Dobbs fault.
Skill players can't show out with qb & rb chased down due ineptitude on online.

I know he has done some things that were bad but is it all his fatlt. It is a fact our receivers run some crappy routes. I don't know

Dobbs has missed 3 passes to Malone that would account for 2 TDs and about 130+ yards.

He had ample blocking time those throws as well.

The fact is he has regressed as a QB this year through three games, and it's really not a question.

This feels just like the North Texas game from last year, except we might lose this game.

To be fair to Dobbs, the Oline and play calling have been atrocious. Still Dobbs needs to step up out there. He's not playing like a QB who has 20+ starts under his belt. He's playing like a freshman, making bad decisions with the football and missing open targets.

He has had a couple of bad passes. You can't complain about accuracy when he is 67% with a few drops. They hold on to them and Malone runs a decent route a few times and he is 75% with a few tds.

I honestly believe Dobbs isn't the main problem. It's coaching and the O-line.

How accurate should he be? He is 67% on the day with a few drops and one non effort by Malone. No qb will be 100% passing.

You're right. He passes the ball 30yds to his right for a 2 yard loss. But it's a completion. Meanwhile, he misses 2 wide open deep passes, but it's because it's someone else's fault.

He's not a good passer.

Malone hasn't done anything wrong. The pass was way off. But you're right Dobbsgs hasn't been that bad.

I'm not ready to call for him to be benched, but you're high if you think Dobbs isn't greatly responsible for our offensive struggles.

OLine sucks, but he's taken two sacks unnecessarily and fumbled the ball once because he didn't tuck it when he got hit. He's missed two wide-open shots to Malone, and no, those weren't even close to Malone's fault. INT wasn't on Dobbs.

He has zero feel for the passing phase of playing QB. Great runner, terrible passer, especially as it relates to touch and decision-making.

I will add that this offensive system is total clown shoes, and that isn't on Dobbs, but also may explain why we are struggling to attract talent at the QB position in the 2017 and 2018 classes.

The int wasn't on him, but he's missed some wide open receivers badly.

I agree he has had a couple bad passes. People were acting like every pass is bad and every incomplete pass is his fault. He is actually passing for a good percentage and has a few drops.

Nice pass to Croom!!

Below average OL. Below average QB. Stud WRs that have not been coached up properly. Terrible OL coaching and playcalling. Terrible overall coaching.

Yes I would say put QD in and give him a shot. Or Jones. This game should have had out backups playong by now.
